June is Commute Awareness Month at the Lab. Staff are encouraged to learn more about alternative commute modes and try out options other than driving solo at least one day per week (or more if possible). One option is the Lab shuttle service. Employees and visitors made over 650,000 trips on the shuttles last year. The shuttles make numerous stops on the Hill and around campus, as well as the Downtown Berkeley and Rockridge BART stations.
