Lab shuttles and vans that are full will now display an Out of Service sign in the front to alert passengers that they won’t be stopping for them. You can use NextBus to see when the next shuttle will be at that stop.
Riders should be prepared to show their Lab ID badge when boarding a shuttle or van. In town, the Lab shares the pickup spots with other transit agencies, so when you see a Lab shuttle or van approaching wave it down so the driver knows you are waiting for Lab transportation.
